Maverick's of Tenby Ltd is a family run business, based in Carmarthenshire, South Wales. Our operational offices are based in Swansea.

 

We offer a wide range of professional quantity surveying, project management and commercial consultancy services to all of our clients. Our high standard of service is reinforced by our collective knowledge & experience which has been refined over the last 30+ years' working within the commercial management profession.

Our managing director is a '2nd generation' quantity surveyor who applies  ‘old school’ values and experience with modern techniques and contract applications to deliver bespoke and effective commercial support to our ever-growing diversified client base.

Our Company was established in July 2016, when our director returned from an overseas placement as a Managing Quantity Surveyor within the Defence sector. Prior to this he had been a freelance consultant for many years, gaining a wide range of experience in multiple fields and disciplines of the Construction industry.

 

Since our company was established, we have been steadily building a client base locally, UK-Wide & internationally; covering many sectors within the building, civil engineering and Defence / Nuclear sectors.
